Mama & Me Light Sourcing Meditation

I love doing this meditation with my babe first thing in the morning. We do it for about 5 minutes every day and it helps me feel lighter, less chaotic and energized. 

  1. sit down in a comfortable position

  2. hold your babe close to your chest

  3. close your eyes, if you can

  4. concentrate on your breath

  5. deeply inhale, deeply exhale

  6. envision a waterfall of light and warmth and positivity pouring down over you and your babe. Become completely engulfed by the stream of light and let it sweep away all negativity, stress and worry.
