How to Actually Meditate
I talk about meditation all the time. It is literally the single best tool that I have developed, especially now that I'm a mom. We all know by now that meditation is flush with benefits, but I hear all the time that it feels really hard to sit down and actually do it. Over the last few years, as a meditation enthusiast, I have been able to incorporate a short meditation practice into my daily life.
