Booty Band Workout

There is no piece of resistance equipment easier to travel with than the booty band. I have this pretty, eco-friendly set with several different resistance levels at home. Here is my favorite simple, yet effective workout for booty toning:

Side squats - 10

Single leg kick backs - 10

Side kicks - 10

Single Leg Deadlifts - 10


Repeat this sequence 3-4 times and make sure to stretch your glutes, hamstrings and quads when you’re finished.
