We just came out of a long weekend and I for one am in need of a reset. I don’t always do the same thing to reset my eating habits. Sometimes I’ll go in on a Whole30 diet for a couple of days or I try to tune into what I have been eating that is making me feel unwell (in this case, it’s bread and beer). Your reset could be totally different, the important thing is that you a) eat a lot of vegetables and b) feel good.
