This Week's Whole30 Recipe Inspiration - May 6

After a week of carb-loading for a Half Marathon (which I unfortunately didn’t get to run in the end), I have returned to a mostly Whole30 diet. Why? Because I feel great. What started as an inclination to give up cheese for lent, turned into adjusted, maintainable lifestyle habits that simply make me feel better. Click here for my full review of the Whole30.
