This Week's Whole30 Recipe Inspiration

I often recommend a modified version of the Whole30 to my clients. I find it to be an excellent roadmap for eliminating inflammatory foods, cutting down on extraneous calories and for overall clean eating. It is also helpful that there is such a large community on Facebook and Instagram to turn to for support and inspiration. I tend to be a pretty boring eater, making the same thing over and over, so I thought I would share some of the incredible #whole30 inspiration from around the internet.
