This Week's Whole30 Recipe Inspiration - March 25

I often recommend a modified version of the Whole30 to my clients. I find it to be an excellent roadmap for eliminating inflammatory foods, cutting down on extraneous calories and for overall clean eating. One of biggest challenges of the Whole30 for me is keeping things interesting while eating a restricted diet. Since I’m a bore in the kitchen, I’m excited to highlight these creative and no doubt delicious Whole30 recipe ideas from around the internet. Make sure to check with your doctor or nutritionist before starting any new eating regimen.

Happy SEAFOOD SUNDAY! I am not currently eating these MANGO BBQ SHRIMP (no added sugar!) but I wish I was. Landed at 5 am this morning after losing 4 hours due to time change and daylight savings. Expo was a blast and so good to see some of my favorite people and companies! My belly and heart are full. ❤️ BUT it’s good to be home and in my own kitchen. Made this meal last week with @marinadelreyfoods wild caught Argentinian shrimp. My new fave! Wild caught seafood is important to me, and you can check my stories for more about this. Mainly, wild caught are fed in their natural habitat without added hormones and dyes etc. it’s a more sustainable system for them and a healthier environment, making them “cleaner” for our health. Not to mention they TASTE better and have better benefits to our health. You should check out @marinadelreyfoods... they offer scallops as well. They are available in Sam’s Club if you have them near you! • • • Deets: cauliflower rice quickly sautéed and mixed with cilantro and red pepper, sautéed broccolini, sautéed red cabbage, avocado, greens and @marinadelreyfoods wild caught shrimp (sautéed and then tossed in this sauce). Sauce: 1 Mango chopped, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 3 tablespoons coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder, salt to taste, Red pepper flakes to taste, juice from 1/2 large Orange, Chopped onion 1/4 cup. Heat all ingredients over medium high until onion becomes soft, stirring every couple minutes. Then use blender or immersion blender to purée the sauce. • • • #sponsored #wildcaught #shrimp #cuisinesworld #healthyfood #veganfoodshare #glutenfreeliving #wholefoods #feedfeed #eatingwelleats #healthyeating #foodphotography #seafoodsunday #grainfree #tastingtable #chefsofinstagram #avocado #mealprep #cauliflowerrice #healthyrecipe #makesmewhole #eatclean #eatrealfood #kaylaitsines #cleaneating #sundayfunday #whole30
