This Week's Whole30 Inspiration - April 1

This is my last week of the Whole30. I’m excited to share my full review, but my brief conclusion is: I ended up doing a modified version (and I feel zero guilt about doing so), I feel great and will continue eating this way some-to-most of the time. It did feel a bit bore sometimes, so I’m happy sharing creative ideas by bloggers who are more adept in the kitchen than myself. Happy Friday friends! What are you excited for this weekend? I’m super pumped for warm weather and an extra day off on Monday!! Right now I’m trying to decide what to do with the lonely spaghetti squash on my counter (that’s been there for a month 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️). I see it every morning getting my coffee and never commit to a plan. Today’s the day though! I’m thinking this Creamy Asian Vegan Spaghetti Squash recipe is going to be the winner because the sauce that goes on this recipe is pure heaven. If you don’t have a spaghetti squash this recipe would be equally as good with zucchini, carrot or even butternut squash noodles!
