This Week's Whole30 Recipe Inspo - July 16

I recently had a friend in town who I haven’t seen since I took on the Whole30. She was accustomed to my old eating habits (bread! cheese! wine!). Going out to dinner with her was an awesome reminder of how much better I feel eating a mostly Whole30 diet. Even if you don’t take on the whole program, eating non-processed whole foods that don’t cause inflammation is not a bad idea.
